Pinatix provides event discovery, ticket ordering and ticket validation services. Event organizers remain responsible for the event itself, including venue arrangements, event content, schedule changes and any organizer-specific conditions.

Tickets

Each issued ticket contains a unique code. Copying or sharing a ticket may cause the first valid scan to consume the ticket and later scans to be rejected.

Orders and payments

A paid ticket is only issued after a payment is confirmed. Manual mobile-money orders may remain pending while the organizer verifies the transaction reference.
