Pinatix collects information needed to process ticket orders, communicate about purchases, operate organizer accounts, prevent ticket fraud and support event entry.

Information we process

Depending on how you use Pinatix, this may include your name, phone number, email address, order details, payment references and ticket check-in records.

Ticket notifications

Pinatix may send transactional ticket confirmations to the email address supplied during checkout. WhatsApp delivery is optional and is only requested when the buyer chooses the WhatsApp ticket-confirmation option during checkout. Buyers can also use the share buttons on their order or ticket page to share a ticket themselves.

Payments

When hosted payment providers are enabled, payment-card or mobile-money credentials are handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by Pinatix.
