I confirm that I own, control, or have sufficient authority to license every work I upload. I will not upload an arrangement, edition, translation or composition that infringes another rightsholder. I understand Pinatix records upload fingerprints and may place disputed works under review.

I authorise Pinatix to display work metadata, sell licences I configure, generate a strongly watermarked first-page public preview, generate personalised full licensed copies, calculate royalties, retain transaction records and remove or suspend a work during a bona-fide rights dispute.
