Pinatix Organizer Service Agreement

Please read before accepting. The agreed version will be retained with your acceptance receipt.

1. Parties. Pinatix is a ticketing and music platform operated by Inkstream in Lesotho. The organizer is the person or organization identified in its Pinatix account. The organizer confirms it is authorised to act for that organization.

2. Events and ticket holders. The organizer is responsible for accurate event descriptions, pricing, dates, venue permissions, staffing, lawful operations, attendee safety and communicating material cancellations or changes. Pinatix supplies technology for tickets, sales records and validation.

3. Sales, fees and balances. Pinatix records eligible confirmed ticket and competition sales, applicable service fees and the resulting organizer balance. The applicable service-fee rate is the one disclosed by Pinatix for the transaction; this agreement does not introduce a new rate. Refunds, reversals, disputed payments and withdrawals can affect available funds.

4. Payment confirmation. Orders made through manual payment methods must be verified before Pinatix treats them as paid. The organizer must not approve a payment without checking supporting evidence and may be held responsible for inaccurate confirmations.

5. M-Pesa settlement. Organizer withdrawals are requested from the dashboard. The organizer must supply correct payout details and must review the amount and destination before authorising each request. Pinatix currently processes approved M-Pesa payouts manually; submitting a request does not mean payment has already occurred. A payout is marked paid after settlement is confirmed and an M-Pesa reference is recorded. Processing times depend on review and payment-provider availability; no guaranteed settlement time is promised.

6. Verification and account safety. Pinatix may request reasonable identity, organization and payout verification and may temporarily hold disputed or suspicious requests for review. Account credentials and authorised operators must be kept secure.

7. Disputes and records. Parties should raise discrepancies promptly, quoting order or withdrawal references. Pinatix retains transaction and acceptance records for audit and dispute resolution, subject to applicable law and its privacy notice.

8. Agreement updates. A later agreement version does not overwrite the copy accepted here. Material updates may require fresh acceptance before affected services can be used.
